Bootstrapping a new business might be one of the hardest things you ever had to do. It takes a mental and emotional toll, it definitely takes something special for it to succeed.

Speaking of business, 20 percent of actions you take drive 80 percent of the revenue. As a Ceo, your job is to focus on those 20 percent of activities. The rest 80%, well use technology, people and capital to delegate those tasks in a controlled manner.

You only have 24 hours, time is the limiting constant. In the initial days, it might make some sense to do most things yourself, but as you scale, you must automate and delegate. Trying to do everything yourself is like shooting your foot with your own pistol.

Recognize time, your energy and focus are limited resources. Use them wisely.
