About Dr. Shivam Sood
“Dr. Shivam Sood is a practising eye surgeon — MBBS (2010), MS Ophthalmology (2015), with advanced fellowships in IOL, refractive surgery and medical retina — certified in Healthcare Management by the Indian School of Business (ISB), and Deputy Medical Director at Sood Hospitals.
Beyond the operating theatre, he is the founder of the Freedom Rising Movement, through which he teaches audiences to build wealth, reclaim their focus, and protect their vision — with no hype, no products to push, and no get-rich-quick promises.
He has delivered sessions across medical, corporate and education audiences — from CME halls to school auditoriums — on financial literacy, productivity, and screen-eye health. Audiences describe his talks as practical, interactive, and rare in their honesty.”

A simple agreement and a 50% advance hold your date in the calendar. The balance is settled two weeks before the event, so the day itself stays about your audience — not paperwork.

For events outside the home city, travel and accommodation are additional. Most organisers prefer to book these directly — we'll share simple requirements at confirmation, or agree a flat travel supplement if you'd rather keep it to a single line on your budget.

Yes — with prior written consent, agreed before the event. Recordings are for your internal or delegate use; wider publication is arranged case-by-case. (Under the Copyright Act 1957, a speaker holds performer's rights in their own lecture, so this is simply agreed up front rather than assumed.)

No — and this is deliberate. No financial products, no affiliate links, no sponsor pitches from the stage. It's the reason audiences trust the session, and it isn't negotiable, including for sponsored CMEs.
