("the Company") conducting business under the brand name Dr. Shivam Sood and through its official website https://www.drshivamsood.com/ . By purchasing any digital products, live sessions, webinars, coaching services or subscriptions, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We aim to ensure transparency and fairness in all refund-related matters.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS (Courses, e-books, audiobooks)
A full refund may be requested for digital products such as online courses, e-books, and audiobooks, provided that the cancellation request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original date of purchase.
In the case of subscriptions, cancellation may be made directly through your account settings within the applicable fourteen-day period, and no further charges shall apply post-cancellation.
Refunds will only be provided in accordance with the refund eligibility and usage conditions stated in this policy. After the lapse of the fourteen-day period following the purchase date, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
All refund requests for digital products must be submitted in writing to support@drshivamsood.com clearly mentioning your registered email address along with the name of the purchased product for which the refund is sought, providing the reason for such a request, and attaching the original purchase receipt as emailed to you at the time of purchase.
The Company will only process requests that meet the prescribed requirements.
Refunds will not be granted if the digital product has already been downloaded, accessed, or substantially used.
No refunds will be provided for partially used subscriptions or for partial subscription periods. Requests made on grounds of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or unmet subjective expectations will not be entertained.
The Company also reserves the right to verify the extent of product usage before approving or processing any refund claim.
LIVE SESSIONS, WEBINARS, AND COACHING:
All fees paid for live sessions, webinars, or coaching services are strictly non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
No refunds shall be granted in cases of cancellations, non-attendance, partial attendance, dissatisfaction with the content delivered, or a mere change of mind. By booking a session, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the Company incurs costs and allocates resources in advance, and therefore refunds cannot be offered under such circumstances.
If a session is cancelled by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or events of force majeure, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide rescheduling options or grant alternative access to similar content.
Refunds will not be issued in such situations unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company. Any decision regarding refunds in exceptional cases will remain solely within the discretion of the Company and shall be considered final and binding.
REFUND PROCESS:
All eligible refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through an online bank transfer to the original payment account used at the time of purchase.
Refunds shall be completed within forty-five (45) business days from the date on which the Company provides written confirmation approving the refund request. Under no circumstances shall the refund amount exceed the original purchase price.
If the original payment account is inactive or does not support refunds, you will be required to provide alternative bank account details owned by you for the purpose of refund processing. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and valid bank account information, and the Company shall not be held liable for refunds credited to an incorrect account due to erroneous details provided by you.
For international payments, refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only, and any conversion charges, intermediary bank fees, or charges imposed by your payment provider shall be borne solely by you. The Company shall not be responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates between the date of purchase and the date of refund. The amount received in your foreign bank account may differ from the original amount paid, owing to such charges and exchange rate variations.
