On a clinical day I see around 80 patients. It’s work I love — and it has a hard ceiling: my hands, my hours. In 2017 a business I’d started failed, and what pulled me out wasn’t a better spreadsheet. It was learning to manage my attention before I tried to manage my money.
Everything I teach came out of that: how to build wealth that doesn’t need you watching a screen, and how to protect the focus and energy that create it in the first place.
